This notice describes the information used by this Iron Rock website.
Customer accounts and drafts
Customer sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. The website receives an account identifier, email address and, when available, display name. Saved quote drafts are stored with your account identifier so that you can retrieve them across sessions. Each account can access only its own drafts. You can remove drafts from the customer portal.
Quote emails
The quote form prepares a message in your email application. It does not send an email automatically. When you send it, Iron Rock receives the contact and shipment information you choose to include. Saving a draft does not submit a quote request or book a shipment.
Agent interest questionnaire
The agent questionnaire keeps your answers in the current page while you complete it. It does not save them to the website’s database. You can review, copy or download your answers and open an email to ops@ironrock3.com. Information reaches Iron Rock when you send that email. Please use general business estimates and omit confidential customer lists, contracts, payment details or sensitive personal information. You may contact ops@ironrock3.com about an agent inquiry or the information you sent.
Customer and credit applications
The customer credit application keeps business, billing, requested credit and reference details in the current page only. It does not save them to the website database or send an email automatically. You can review, copy or download the application and send it from your email app to ops@ironrock3.com. Iron Rock receives the information when you send that email and uses it to review account setup and the business credit request. The application asks for your authorization to contact the named business trade references. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, payment card details, tax documents or financial statements in this form. Any required supporting records or bank authorization are handled separately. Contact ops@ironrock3.com with questions about an application or the information you provided.
Carrier applications
The carrier application keeps company, contact, equipment, coverage and insurance details in the current page only. You can review, copy or download your answers and email them to ops@ironrock3.com. This website does not send the application automatically or save it to its database. Iron Rock receives it when you send your email and uses it to discuss carrier onboarding. Do not enter tax IDs, banking details or sensitive documents in this form. The linked Truckstop carrier registration for Skyline Express operates separately, with its own submission process and privacy terms.
Partner websites
Links to MEDLOG, MSC and Skyline Express take you to separate websites governed by their own account requirements and privacy notices. Your Iron Rock website account does not grant access to those systems.
